Callie Wolfe began her career at Jackfork Land in early 2012. With over 7 years of experience in the oil and gas industry as a landman and project manager, Callie has overseen projects in Oklahoma and the Rockies involving lease acquisition, determination of leasing potential for new areas, detailed evaluation of various oil and gas contracts, due diligence, management of leasing agents and title examiners, and thorough assessment of mineral and HBP leasehold title, along with various other elements of project management. Callie has a Bachelor’s degree from Friends University in Kansas and is a member of both OCAPL and AAPL.

Prior to joining Jackfork Land, Joey served as a Landman at Chesapeake Energy. While at Chesapeake he worked several assets including the Barnett, Marcellus and Utica shale(s). His oil and gas industry experience includes: Joint Venture and Joint Operating Agreement management, leasehold acquisition and divestiture negotiations/due diligence, lease negotiations, title research, division order analysis and drilling obligation compliance.  Joey graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a BBA in Accounting. Currently, he serves on the OCAPL 5K Fun Run Committee. Previously, he served on AAPL’s Marketing and Tax Committees.

Previously, she was a student at Oklahoma State University where she ran track and field, and graduated with a Bachelors of Education in 2011. In 2016, she earned her Masters of Science in Energy Legal Studies with honors from Oklahoma City University. Ashley is also a member of OCAPL, AAPL, and TAPL organizations.

Daniel has been with Jackfork Land for over 6 years, managing various projects including lease purchase, mineral and HBP leasehold title, and acquisition due diligence. He also oversees all of Jackfork’s regulatory work and related projects.  Daniel has a business degree from the University of Central Oklahoma, and is an AAPL Registered Professional Landman. He is a member of AAPL, OCAPL, and TAPL.

Her experience includes cursory evaluation of leasing potential for new projects, detailed title research and determination of ownership, negotiation and purchase of oil and gas leases and assignments, acquisition and divestiture due diligence, lease provision analysis, expert witness testimony, and the supervision of field landman, leasing agents and analysts. Kiley is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and a member of AAPL and OCAPL.

Throughout his career, he has been an active member of AAPL and OCAPL, chaired numerous committees and sub-committees for AAPL, and served as President of OCAPL. Bob is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a degree in economics.  He has overseen the management of projects throughout the United States and his company has negotiated and purchased leases for millions of acres across the country under his direction.
